Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients for debt recovery and collection;

• Maintain and track customer interactions;

• Achieve monthly recovery targets;

• Ensure professional, ethical communication with customers.

Eligibility:

1. The Direct Recovery Agency (DRA) will be an Institutional Agency/Collection Agency, preferably, Firms with sufficient means/ resources/ field experience will be considered for empanelment. Collection Agencies can be agencies who are providing collection services to banks, credit card companies and other HFCs. Individuals with proven track record can also be considered for this assignment


2. Following individuals will also be considered:

   1. Member of MDRT/COT / TOT of LIC of India

   2. DM/ZM/Chairmans Club member of LIC of India

   3. Corporate Club member of LIC of India

   4. CLIA of LIC of India

   5. Retired Development Officers of LIC of India (LICA)




3. No relative of any employee (LIC HFL or LIC of India), Business partners procuring new business can be empaneled as a DRA.




4. As per RBI directions, the DRAs (and all its employees assigned with the job of collection of over-dues from the defaulting customers) engaged by LICHFL should have completed 100 Hrs. training program and pass the course for Debt Recovery Agents conducted by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF).




5. Individual should have completed minimum 18 years of age




6. Strong communication skills and persuasive ability is desirable.




7. Prior experience in recovery or collection is necessary.

Other conditions:

1. The period of empanelment will be for one Financial Year (April to March) or part thereof. Renewal of Empanelment shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.

2. The Recovery Agents are expected to operate strictly as per the RBI guidelines issued time to time for Recovery Agents

3. The Terms and Conditions between the LICHFL and DRA will be as per the agreement to be entered.

4. LICHFL reserves the right to empanel any persons/agencies at its discretion and also reserves right to reject any application without assigning any reasons whatsoever thereof.

5. The last date for receipt of application is 30th November 2024.
